You mean the Western Package Director isn't doing his job. I guess he is listening to the Beastie Boys not Cheech and Chong.

In all fairness to Local 162 President, JC37 President, International Vice President, Western Package Director and Western Pension Trustee, Davison, he has at least four full-time union jobs and one protecting our pension. That's a minimum of 32 hours a day - not including overtime! 160 hours a week. It's no wonder he can't be bothered to lower himself to the problems of the common people who exist in the basic confines of a 24-hour day.

There are those who handled these jobs well in the past. But davidson, finn, hicks, and griswold, have neither the intellectual capacity or the experience to handle the job. Besides the fact that they are puppeteered in everything they do. Where is Ken Mee when we need him!

Here' some...The contract is only six months old , what will the union jobs look like after five years? Ask him if he saw the layoffs coming before the contract was negotiated? Did he see the companies statements on automating their facilities? Did he know they were building velocity centers? Why wasn't more done to protect jobs?

Why did he negotiate $.50 less per hour for Health and pension then the last three Hoffa contracts?
              (I know off topic)

Yes, AI/automation is partly why actors and writers stayed out on strike for so long. The studio bosses wanted to scan an actor--say an extra--for a one-time fee, and then use that scan indefinitely for background purposes. The actors wouldn't have it.

Absolutely, and a question to be pondered. The part timers out west are a gold mine for those funds. Many never reach vesting status, so in essence it's free money.Compound that with Seanie boys 50 cent reduction in the new conract and even a blind man could see that shit.

The problem isn't that he's "an awkward dork." The problem is that he is malignantly opposed to the interests of working-class people.

One of the many reasons we have the best pension in the Teamsters. The part timers are an endless money pit.

No, he's only compensated to the tune of 300-500k a year. We will know most of his income with the LM-2s. His pension trustee salary, as it is not directly from union dues or PACs, is not reported there.

My husband has Autistic Spectrum Disorder. President Davison's failures as a leader have nothing to do with autism. That is offensive. President Davison's failures as a leader have everything to do with his inability to put the needs of the members before his own desire for influence, power and 300K+ a year.
