Yep. Automation killing jobs and SOB knew it was coming but shoved this piece of crap with no inside automation protections layoff down our throats as the best thing since air!

I voted NO on the contract because I knew it was bad. I didn't know it was this bad. Glad Tony kept us informed. He sure took hell for it. I started in Sep 2022 and Tony is the one person who has helped me with grievance, with the contract, fighting for my seniority rights when sups wanted to send me to load, and yet he is the "bad guy". SMH. I am non-binary Gen Z and I am a Teamster - the union is going to change with my generation. Maybe that will help. Looks like the union leaders may actually appreciate these layoffs of low seniority people. Get rid of us younger workers that might just have had enough of their Trump supporting craziness. We need more unity and less bigotry. Peace and Love!
