Rabinowitz sold out to O'Brien. For it, O'Brien tried to slap him with a sorry suspension that the IIO/IRO didn't approve.

According to good sources, Rabinowitz admitted to entering into contrat with Rome while he was serving his suspension.

The facts are Rabinowtz gave false information to the IIO about a fellow Teamster on the JC Executive Board in a attempt to get a lesser sentence. There is a word for people like that...the Board saw an opportunity to tell him they didn't trust him and demanded he resign. He did. Finn took over. From bad to worse. This was all a plan to wipe out anyone who had anything to do with Aloise, using an after the fact interpretation of the Judges ruling, disregarding facts, and without ever questioning any of them. Rabinowitz got what he deserved for giving up information on a brother but not for what he was charged with. Hopefully, there are some real Teamsters who will rise up and push back on this blatant tyranny!
