Some guy named Uncle Milty was making local paraphnalia for years without a bug and the IBT would not push back because Santangelo and Cammack had his back. I know for sure 63 was distributing those shirts.

I seem to remember when the IBT sued TEAMSTER.NET and its creator, Phil YYbarrolaza, years ago for using the IBT logo. I believe the IBT won. The IBT Constitution says that the iBT controls the logo (Art. IX Sec. 13), but we all know that many vendors are authorized to use it (see the IBT website for list of vendors https://teamster.org/about/vendors-l...-ibt-insignia/) and many others (including Teamsters United and TDU) used, and continue to use, the logo without authorization. Of course, the GEB can always file a charge with their disciplinary partner, the IIO, which, as we have seen over and over, can make any ruling they want, using whatever justification they manufacture under the guise of "bring reproach upon the union."

I heard the same about the fight but i was told that they were trying to sweep it under the rug telling members they didn't see what they saw and that the story would be that it was just a argument. The hells angel story also true.
