TDU defends OZ in discrimination case

Its been widely reported that the IBT settled a lawsuit with 13 African American and Latino organizers for $2.9 million. Settling the case avoids long, expensive litigation. Whats behind the lawsuit and settlement and what does it mean for our unions future?

Lovely so now the law firm of Levin and Paff has found a way to justify and defend racism and sexism. TDU Black Caucus, and Womens Caucus please explain this for me. You are now embarrassing yourselves with this pathetic word salad. Can the IBT's PR department lend you some help?

That picture is obviously from decades ago, no union guys wear suits and ties and this was obviously taken before the civil rights movement.

Who's the genius editor that decided to celebrate Black History Month, while posting, mansplaining, and defending a 2.9 million dollar settlement for racial discrimination.I'll bet you could hire this guy on the cheap.

What are you talking about TDU has a lot of good Teamsters. These guys meet on their own dime. We have one of the leaders in local 25. When has that ever happened. Sean is bringing Teamsters together.
