Haven't you heard TDU refuses to take positions on political topics, I think its in their bylaws or something. So TDU is neutral on things like who leads the NLRB or who gets appointed to the Supreme Court. TDU is neutral on "Right to Work Laws" and what party favors them or labor law reform and who supports it. Pretty useless to the Labor Movement when you think about it. The overall goal appears to be not upsetting any potential donors.

What does Curbeam actually do for the Teamsters accept run every 3 years in his local, lose the election, go to the black caucus meeting and what?

Everyone who is in the black caucus knows what he did for when he was at a black Caucus meeting a few years back.

Whatever personal issues you have with James, the statement is a reflection of the group opinion,.I suggest another thread to address those thoughts. I'm sure he ran it past the board first. Thanks again to the TNBC for taking a principled stand.
