For those that don't know or are new to T-link, O'Brien went after TeamsterLink for using the logo and used a union busting law firm, Nixon Peabody, to do it. Read the IDO complaint for more info. While I don't know for sure, I believe the IDO hasn't done anything or I'm sure it would have been posted.
